end of summer blues

Bye pool and ice creams, bye midnight snacks while reading in bed, bye homemade popsicles, bye sleeping in, bye renting movies in the middle of the week, bye road trips and picnics. I'm going to miss you all. But I'm ready for fall ♥

friendship bracelets

My 15 years old daughter Marianne makes these friendship bracelets, and they have been so successful with her friends that she's thinking about opening her own Etsy shop. She learned how to make them when she was 9, with a book we gave her for Christmas.

I have a pretty colorful collection of about two dozen of inexpensive bowls that I found here and there and we use them all the time. The cats have their own collection too :)
